My ipod plays the song for the first 10 seconds how can i stop th

go in to your settings and check all of them there should be one that says intro or something to that sort if its not in the settings it might be in the play mode but you disable that and it will play the whole song again. Its because intro is a feature on the I pod and other mp3s that lets you listen to the first ten seconds of the song to see if thats the song you want to hear. Hope this helps you out

Cant get the songs to play over 10 seconds now what do I do

You probably have the setting on INT (Intro), that means the songs will only play for 10 secs (a sample) and continue throughout the whole list until the user stops it by pressing the INT button. If it still is acting funny, feel free to email more details.
