My daughter let my over active son use her laptop and now all it does is come up with a blue screen of death as soon as it tries to boot up into windows. We bought the laptop a little over 1.5 yrs ago and I can not find the restore disks (victims of a spring cleaning). My only other option is to hope I can find some drivers for the SATA drive and then reformat the whole thing, but I would like to try the restore option first (if that will work). Can any one help me out on where I can get those disks. Any help would be appreciated.
