One way would be to take a picture of the label they want as it appears on your computer screen. Take your phone to Kinkos and have them print it from your phone file.
You can't pair wi-fi to bluetooth, which is what you appear to be attempting. The printer is looking to join a computer network and needs the password for your home wi-fi network. Since your phone is not an access pint, you can;t connect them directly.
After you have the printer on your network, if it supports AirPlay, then you can print from the phone to the printer.
