The F3 error code indicates an open circuit at the oven temperature sensor. Usually this means that the temperature sensor has to be replaced. Infrequently, the problem is with the wiring between the sensor and the electronic control board or the control board itself. You should check the continuity of the wiring and across the temperature sensor and for problems in the wiring harness connections before ordering the replacement parts. The manufacturer's recommendations are to replace the temperature sensor first. If the error code recurs, then you replace the control board.
Your range's model number is probably RS385PXBQ0. Most Whirlpool models end with a number. There are several sources for the parts diagram and price list. The temperature sensor is part 23 on the oven body diagram. One diagram is here

If you look for the control board, it's part 19 in the Main Top diagram at the above sites. The control board is no longer sold by Whirlpool. If it's faulty, the recommendation is to send it to a repair shop for a rebuild. Replacing the range is a better solution if the temperature sensor and wiring are not faulty.
