Can't add music to videos

When i add my video to the flip editing program it says i can add my own music. so i press that and i try to add some music from my itunes music. it won't work. could you give me a walk through of doing this?

You need to make sure you are using an MP3 file -- as opposed to MP4, etc. You can convert in iTunes or use an on-line converter for free.
