I need a routing diagram for the drive belt that goes on the alternator

You need the routing diagram for the a/c belt on this 1998 Honda CRV


here is a diagram of all three belts, this one is simple , the ac belt just goes around the pulleys. hope this is helpful good day

I need a belt routing diagram for an o 06 Duramax with air ps etc

go to this web sight and down load the diagram book and look up you car, to find your belt routing.

start at crank goes around crank pulley and ac compressor then inside the idler back out around alternator theninside tensioner belt will almost touch itself between pulleys

I've been looking and I can't find a pic of the actual diagram. However, here's how it routes. I goes around the alternator, to the water pump, then to the crank pulley in between the power steering v-belt and the A/C v-belt. Here's a good view of the belts.

You didn't post the motor size which would help so please choose the one that will work for your application:

Alternator and water pump pulley belt routing — 1.8L engine


Drive belt routing — 1.9L engines

You can find one at autozone.com, you may have to sign up for a free account, but you can view the job diagram there. It looks like for a 6 cylinder, there are two belts, one goes from the crank pully around the water pump then the alternator, and the other goes around the crank shaft then the power steering pump and then the air compressor pully. The power steering and air is a "v" belt and the other is a ribbed serpentine belt. they both just wrap around no wierd routing. the only thing I do not see is the idler pully or tensioner pullys.
