As long as your account has been deleted within the last 90 days:

1. Go here: https://edit.yahoo.com/forgotroot?done=http%3A%2F%2Fmail.yahoo.com&src=ym&partner=&intl=us
2. Click "My Account May Have Been Compromised
   
3. Fill out and submit the form
4. Yahoo will get back to you as to wether the account can be recovered

If it has been longer than 90 days yahoo will not retain your data.

I'm assuming you have lost the emails out of your inbox. The way I see it one of three things have happened:

1. They have moved to somewhere else in you mail, maybe into another folder.
2. They have been deleted.
3. Your account has been reset.

There are solutions with variable outcomes for all of these:

1. Either manually search all the folders you have or use the search box to try and find an email you know was in your inbox previously. e.g. If you had a paypal receipt in there search for something like "paypal" or "recipt", if it finds the email/s simply navigate to the folder and we can assume the rest of the emails are there.
2. First look in your trash/bin/deleted box, its entirely possibly they have been deleted accidentally and are sat in there. Otherwise you may be able to get them restored by contacting Yahoo via this link: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/classic/forms_index.html;_ylt=AsLPcuFD7cjf2zo0f7FvKsoduyR4?last_url=http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/classic/index.html
3. If your account has been reset all data within it will have been deleted, it may still be possible for Yahoo to restore emails using their back-ups as described in solution 2 above.

Unfortunately, all the emails once deleted from spam email box cannot be retrieved. I wish there could have been a better solution.

Check your Trash or Deleted items. It must be there if deleted accidentally.

Hello recran98, Unfortunately if the emails are not in your trash folder they may be gone for good. One option is to submit a mail retrieval form to Yahoo. They can only retrieve mail that has been deleted in the last 24 hours though. Here is the link:

It's possible, if it's been less than 24 hours since you deleted those emails to recover by filling out this form.

If using Classic:

If more than 24 hours, and the Trash folder has been emptied, there would be no possible way to retrieve deleted emails.

Try to make a habit of NEVER emptying your Trash folder. The emails in that folder are deleted periodically by Yahoo!, so there's no reason for you to take that step.

Yahoo emails are saved on the internet by default. All you have to do is go to Yahoo.com, log into email and they will be there. If you forgot you password there is an email reminder option.

If you are talking about using Windows Restore points that will not bring back deleted files.
