I HAVE A PANASONIC PHONE SYSTEM TDA 100 HYBRID IP -PBX PHONE SYSTEM WITH PANASONIC PHONES KX-T7633 PHONES.WE HAVE NINE PHONES IN THE OFFICE AND I CAN ONLY GET 1 TO RING ON INCOMMING CALL HOW DO I GET ALL THE PHONES TO RING ON INCOMMING CALLS

    there is a way to do it from the phone but it will be difficult and require info from the installer. The system password for one. The ICD group number for another.

Only 1 handset rings because in default only one extension is allocated as the operator -
you will nedd to enter system programming PROG * # 1234 AND SCROLL THROUGH PROGRAMMING
you will have to find -
group (enter the member you want to ring)
then aim DDI number at this group
or if analogue line then DIL to point to this group

In program no (620) enter all the extension nos which you want to ring in group 1. Then in program no (450) enter the floating no of group 1. You will get the floating no in program no (623).

I have a desktop Panasonic corded phone model kx-t7633 and I want to connect a handheld cordless phone model kx-tg4011 to it. How do I sync the two phones?
There are a lot of conditions, but first you have to have an analog port to back up the digital. In a TDA 30/50 it means one of the first 4 extensons in the system which have the Digital Super Hybrid ports. It's something that the dealer or someone with the dealer password and maintenance tool will have to set up. Once it's done, the mated extension can either stand alone, or be merged with the digital phone.

I have a phone system in my house using the KX-T7633 model corded phones. I want to plug in a cordless phone in the back of the KX-T7633 so that I can be cordless, but when I do I can not get a dial tone...
In a TDA-30/50 there are FOUR super hybrid ports, the first 4 on the cabinet. In a TDA 100/200/600, there are NONE. Which one do you have and is your extension 101-104? If not, it won't work. You can probably wire an analog port to the first pair and use the same cable, but it will never merge with the digital set.

Here's a site where you can download the quick reference guide. Hope this is what you are looking for. I'm not sure what you mean by TDA and PTPM. If this isn't what you need, please clarify. Thanks.

If you are using this phone on a Panasonic KX-TDA 30/100/200/600 system. With the handset on the cradle/hook press Program 61 and ENTER. Press SEL or AUTO ANS / MUTE to change the setting to On. Press AUTO DIAL / STORE to save your changes. Lift the handset and put it down to exit program mode.
