hai there, as i analyze, you have to pair manually to other device, cannot straight send file to the others by bluetooth.
before send file and other thing, first make sure some one or other device you want to send have to be recognized by your device by pairing manually.
you have to go to bluetooth setting, for pairing manually you can choose by search or by listening device, don't forget the other device must do the same. after your device completed pairing to the others you can transfer all files you want.
cheers. hope its helps
Ah ASUS. I have a Memo 10. Had the same problem when it was 6 days new. Asus has a UI that is bad.
1. First try to charge via USB to your computer. If you get any result good, leave it a bit.
2. Leave it plugged in and see if it will turn on. If you can get it to turn on ... do this.
3. Find the back up and restore/factory reset. Back up your data, pics, music. etc.
4. Do a factory reset... it will say everything of yours will be delted. Proceed.
5. Restart the tablet.
6. Go into settings and TURN OFF Asus's UI. On my Memo 10, under settings is a menu called "Asus Customized settings" in the sub-menu turn OFF "Use ASUS Quick Setting" yours may say something a bit different.
7. Restart. The look will be different but no worries. On the upper right see if your tablet it charging. It will be a battery with green and black and a lightening bolt in it. If it is charging try your wall wart charger.
1. how old is your tablet 2. have you tried another charger such as a phone charger. My blackberry charger works fine for my tablet. Also with your tablet you should have had a usb cable that connected from mini usb to the asus plug in transformer.
does it show charging when connected ,
if yes then
there is a very tiny reset hole with switch on the side clik it an hold 10 sec it will likely wipe some changes.
if not charging then its dead jim.
1st) Check that cable is working with computer connected to tablet. When connected to a computer does the computer see the tablet?
2nd) Check to see that the charging block providing power. If not try placing it in a Ziploc bag and placing it in the freezer for about 20 minutes. They contain a thermal circuit breaker.
3rd) If it is charging and wont turn on. Hold the tablet vertically, connector facing down and lightly tap it on a hard surface, unplugged of course. Reconnect charger.
The battery on the Asus does take a very long time to charge (over 12 hours before you use it the first time, then 8 hours or more each time). It takes even longer if you charge it from the USB port in a computer rather than connect it to its dedicated charger, or if you use it while it's charging. If you've already charged it for 8-12 hours, try turning it on by pressing the power button *and holding it down* for a couple of seconds before releasing it. Then, when using the tablet, try keeping it hooked up to the charger when possible, or at least recharge it overnight.
You can check on battery charge by tapping "Settings" at the bottom of the Home screen, then tap "Battery" in the Device category. The % charge will be at the top of the screen. I enjoy my Asus tablet, and it's good for several hours at a time between charges, but you do have to keep it charged up. Good luck!
So, greyhen2, we meet again. Here's the answer I gave to your other posting of this same question:

Hi, it seems that battery is totally discharged, that could be the reason of dead table. It should be good if you could check the connectors where the internal charger cable is connected, maybe one or both are damaged too.
