Microsoft Keyboard (1045) doesn't work with new Samsung Monitor

Hello, there may be several reasons for this;

1. Confirm that the monitor cables are connected properly
2. Do you have a graphics card installed? if so i guess its not seated properly, you should power down and confirm.

3. Does your computer boot up? you may have to confirm using another monitor, see if you can get into the bios or something. If nothing comes on screen then please check your memory and hard-disk connections

4. Check all other board connections, you may have overlooked something

Sounds like you changed the orientation of your display settings from landscape to portrait.
In Windows 7 you can go to the control panel, choose display and click "Change Display Settings" on the left side.

From there choose the "Orientation" dropdown and change to your desired setting (most likely landscape)

Do you have correct windows 7 video card drivers installed on this PC.

They only include the Win7 driver on the CD. I'm surprised it doesn't work with Vista. Did you try going into the HF225_win7 directory and clicking on infinstallWIN7?

The monitor menu doesn't work with the keyboard. You have to press a combination of the three buttons to the left of the on-off button. It's not very intuitive.

Just go to the site and selcet desired hardware(Mouse or keyboard)
and select the Operating system and its version
and click go
it will show you the available downloads for your products and
mow select it ,click download

do u have a driver for that ??
and check the cable for loose connections !!
