Problem with audio driver

I am pavan i got compaq presario c700 laptap it was loaded with vista later i formated to xp when i was installing audio drivers for my laptap an error that your hardware could not recognize that softwear so tried installing {uaabus}and the same error appeard.is there any one who can solve this.

The audio hardware is not compatible with Windows Xp or you might not have installed the driver.
GET DRIVER HERE!

Check your BIOS if the souncard is enabled.
install the chipset driver first
then install the sound driver.

be sure you are installing drivers for XP not Vista

Audio driver&devices need for compaq presario c700 pentium

it should be working after an install or formatting if it is not working just go to www.hp.com and go to drivers and support section and type ur Notebook model and u will find the driver for sound, download it and install simple it will work if u dont find it lemme know i will do it for u
