Me too have the same problem. Contacted last month M/s Huawei who provided 4 patch files ->

ETS1201 USB Modem Driver WL2HOST58C02B101(Normal,60X0 platform)
for WinXP&2K&Vista (899 KB) 13-May-2008

ETS1201 USB Modem Driver WL2HOST58C01B100(Normal,60X0 platform)
for WinXP&2K&Vista (901 KB) 04-May-2008

FWT Data Service Driver C06B105
for WinXP&2K&Vista (16277 KB) 04-May-2008

FWT Wireless Modem Driver Software C15B039(normal)(20061013)
(31103 KB) 13-Oct-2006

but they too do not seem to work.

Run application setup.exe on virtual CD created by Huawei Modem. If you installing this application, it will also installing drivers.

dial-up is very slow mode of internet connections, you may need DSL connection for high speed internet however

Go to Devive manager update device driver of the Modem and then creat new coonection , that's is .

(run)-->devmgmt.msc-->select modem-->r.click-->Update driver-->choose .inf file from ur modem driver folder.

nothing to worry
first connect the lap with using a eather net cable
when u will be able to go on line
go to google and download
