LG 800 Have LG 800 bell phone and LCD cracked so I ordered one online. It says it is for lg KG800. Phones look identical but they are not.This is CDMA not GSM first off. LCD from LG 800, looks like pictures from LG VX8500 LCD I seen online. Any one know if they are compatible. LG 800 definitely not the same as LG KG800 I have taken mine apart and they are in no way the same. Connector are different LCD slightly smaller and pcb board different. Thanks Ridi

cdma does not use SIM cards, for one. If it has a SIM card, then it is GSM. Second, in order to make a GSM phone be able to use all kinds of SIM cards from other carriers, you have to get the phone unlocked, there are softwares that you can find online if you wanna do it yourself, even though you still have to pay the company to use the software. Anyways, when you unlock a GSM phone, certain features may be unavailable, such as picture messaging, internet browser, etc. there is another option, on the internet, you can find people that unlock phones... They will obviously do so for a price, but either way, at least you dont have to do it yourself! hope this helps!

I have CDMA mobiles like LG RD 3000.. All they accept only Reliance CDMA sims. I want to enter another CDMA sims in them! I havn't any data cables, but I know sim can be unlocked by codes also.. So, I asked somebody for help! I'll be always greatful for this!

i just found it by typing this: LGUSBModem..._.exe (too long ) and then i found a link that led me to that website which is a download link click it and download should pop up...

Please contact your service provider about it. They will have to open your GPRS settings in order for you to recieve/send pics and vids.

is it a GSM phone or CDMA. All CDMA Phones cannot be unlocked like a GSM Phone.
