HTC Artemis (P3300) can't boot

you can change language by flash a new ROM that is written in the language that you are seeking. otherwise just check your mobile language setting

Windows Mobile does not allow the user to change the language of the rom once it is installed. The only way to change it is to install a new rom with the language you want.

You need to get an new firmware and flash it on the phone.

You'll need to follow this steps to change the language of your HTC TyTN II
<p>1. Make sure you install Microsoft ActiveSync in your computer. Do a first time sync between your phone and the computer.</p><p> 2. Take note that by doing this, the warranty of your phone will be voided.

my phone is stuck in spanish.

To change the language, you will need to flash your phone with Spanish ROM. You may obtain the ROM from the phone's manufacturer's website and flash it using the instructions on the website itself.

NOTE: Flashing will erase all the data from your phone, so you need to backup your data first.

you need to flash spanish ROM.

The version of ROM loaded on your phone is only for English locale. You will need to either contact your provider, or obtain a Spanish ROM and re-flash your phone.

Re-flashing your ROM will void the warranty, and is grounds for fines on certain carriers. Please check with your provider/carrier first before attempting this method.

Also, Flashing can cause the device to become permanently defective.

As far as information for directly solving your problem, I have flashed my T-Mobile Dash so that it runs on an Original S620 ROM, obtained through the internet. The version of ROM that I was able to obtain only has English and French. However, you may be able to find better information and the files you need from the site below.

you'll be need to flash an WWE (World Wide English) ROM image to your device, since it went out from factory with a spanish operating system.

you have to unlock your phone first and choose a rom you like :)

You will need to flash the new ROM on your device to change the complete language of the Operating System, get the correct ROM from the manufacturer and flash it using the instructions.
