Internal speaker replacement

Could need a new Mic or the Mic holes in the phone's casing, need to be cleaned out with a "wooden toothpick"

It seems that your phones internal speaker is not working. You should get it replaced. But for the time being, yes you can use the loud speaker.

the fault is probably coming from the board and might need replacement so as to enable the mic work properly. you can take it to a repairer to fix or change the board. on the other hand, it could be that the new mic was also faulty.
the best thing to do is to take both your phone and the mic to a qualified repairer and see if he helps.

Go to NOKIA CARE and they will remove the water logs from the mobile phone and if needed they will replace the mic.

Clean the area around the mic and the opening of the mic. Probable some dust has gone inside the hole and blocked the mic. If it does not solve the problem then you have to take the set to a technician.

if phone has been in contact with water it will be dead forever, but if it hasnt it will need a new mic and speaker, what area are you in??
