Good evening. I'm trying to fix my old (2005) Samsung tv 46inches. Doesn't power up, relay clicking over and over. Removed all connectors from Power Supply board but for AC 220volts plug, it doesn't click. When I reconnect 1 plug of the mainboard it starts clicking again. I've seen no bulged capacitors on the Power Supply board, possible damaged mainboard? Should I go for a new mainboard? Thank you for reading this mail, any help will be appreciated.

Double check all the connections from the AC line and from the power supply to the other circuit boards. The connectors you are mentioning are identical as per the picture below.
If you need a new power supply, you can find one from this link.

Apparently this is a known problem with flat panel TVs made a few years ago due to bad capacitors in the power supply. This same problem appeared in computer mother boards at about the same time so that the capacitors went open or shorted causing problems. There is videos on You Tube that addresses this problem see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZccykxrtX9g as a starting point and look around for other repairs
