One solution that may work is freezing the battery for atleast 4hrs.
Most likely you will need to replace that battery. You can find easy replacement batteries on Amazon

Before the battery drains, does the phone gets hot in any way?
If your phone gets hot, then maybe the problem is from the phone board.
But if your phone does not gets hot before battery drains, then it is obvious that the fault is from your phone battery.

This could be as a result of running too many applications like your bluetooth, walkman etc. Try closing all applications that you are not using.
