Pull out the crown to the first click- the watch is in day-date setting mode. Turn the crown one way- the date will change. Turn the crown another way- the day will change.

There must be two clicks: first is for day/date setting and the second (next) click is for time (hand) adjustment. Try to pull out crown more carefully and you will find out.

The big nob comes out two clicks. The 1st click is the date and time. Press the top button above the big nob to adjust the month. Then turn the big dial anti clockwise to adjust the day of the month.
The second click on big nob
Is to adjust the time it's self. Hope this helps.

Is there a easier way to change the month dial on a fossil

When you pull out crown, there is two positions (clicks), not just one. First click is for day/date quick setting. Second click is for hand setting. Pull the crown out slowly and carefully and you will soon find out both positions.

Try pulling the stem out. Turn the stem in the counter clock wise direction and see if that changes the date/day

The button advances the numeric day. After the numeric day is advanced one full month, the month dial advances to the next month. I just about got a blister pressing the button enough times to advance the month from January all the way around to December. Then I had to advance the numeric day to the current numeric day. The previous person told you by turning the dial 24 hours you can advance the alphabetic day of the week by one day (Sun, Mon,etc.).

Adjust the date and day on a festina 3 dial watch

I've just worked it out! Change month....depress inset button on side above hand winder. One push with cocktail stick or similar will advance month. Change date.....pull out hand winder half way, turn knob anti-clockwise until desired number is met. Change day...... pull out hand winder fully, turn clockwise passing midnight repeatedly until day is set, continue to set time, keeping an eye on 24 hour display for am/pm.
All the best, Bob

Relic watch 3 dial

Chances are they represent one of the following-

Month of the Year
Time of Day (military time)
Day of the Week
Day of the Month

It depends on what the dials have on them - usually there is some indicator (abbreviated months, numerical values, etc)
