I pulled my chuck apart and cant put it back together in the correct order, there are 2 washers and am not sure where they go as when I put it back together, it seems to slowdown and tighten up. I need a parts diagram in order so I can reassemble it the right way

Take the clamp apart by removing the spiral ring that holds the collar on and then remove the pin. Make sure you write down how to put it back together! Once you remove the pin everything else will come off easily! diagram the whole thing as you go!

2 things.Either the clutch is not adjust correctly or,
Some of the clutch plates have fused together.This is a common problem if a bike has sat around and not get used for a while.The clutch pack needs to be pulled apart,cleaned,and PUT BACK IN EXACTLY THE SAME ORDER as it was pulled apart.This part is critical.It is a usual thing with these models.It's not a big job.Just don't mix up any plates.I am pretty sure this will be your problem and I hope I helped you.
sure I could have told you all the steps on how to put the ds back together again but that would just take a while to do so the best way is to watch a youtube vid and see how its taken apart and then just do it in the reverse order from where you are.
