Tv has no picture, standby led light, output voltage from spms is 17,17,5,5 instead of 12, 12, 5, 5. Signal on/of from main board is ok, 3 volts. I do not know whether the voltage 17,17 culprit or it is ok. In the dark I can not see any pictures

The picture goes off, the power/standby light

Sony KDF-60XS955 picture goes and power/standby light light flashes

Hi,

Most likely you have bulb failure. First step in troubleshooting is "Change the Lamp or Bulb". Lightning, power line bumps and collisions with vacuum cleaners can all shorten lamp life. Rough handling in shipment can also happen without your knowledge.

+90% of all Sony LCD Rear Projector "No Picture or Intermittent Picture" faults are related to bulb failure.

If new lamp does not improve the situation, then hands-on troubleshooting by someone that has parts and knows how the unit works is the only practical remedy.
