Looking for toshiba satellite A215-S7422 disk driver

Satellite A215 Works fine on vista or xp. i also have tried using win 7 instead. lots of setting you gotta do. most of the important things is the special driver AHCI
so you better download all the driver in toshiba site. here there are :

your vga is ATI Technologies Inc RS690M [Radeon X1200 Series] so ati may have the driver for that your chipset is ati also

If you mean safe mode, as soon as you turn on the computer start pressing the F8 button about once a second. That should bring you to the safe mode option.

You can try to flash the Bios.

If it is a bios password your computer may be known for this issue. You could try calling Toshiba support @ 1-800-457-7777

You can do the sytem recovery by loading the first disk then turn your NB off. Please hold down F12 after power on then select CD/DVD drive then Windows will be loading files. Select the first options for each prompt. You will be asked for the second disk later. Plug in ac adapter since it will take around an hour. Hope this helps.
