SOURCE: motorola v3m phone constantly says no service- done basic tech support- removing battery etc
Go to settings then network then set your band to automatic, thats how i fixed mine. hope this helps.
SOURCE: I have incorrectly entered my pin number 3 times
If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Donot try PUK code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim.
Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no.
Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you.
There is no other go than the above procedure only your service provider can give it nobody else in this world nor any software.
SOURCE: My Samsung Solstice (a887) cell phone recently
The problem that you currently have is not the water damage but the damage caused by the salt that has gotten into the phone. Specifically, water is not a conductor of electricity (though everybody thinks that it is). It is the salt in the water that actually conducts electricity. And, the salt from your clothing was removed by the water in your washer and deposited into your phone. (It only takes just a little bit of salt to conduct electricity.)
Now that the water is gone from your phone, the salt remains inside it. And, there is no way to remove it from the phone's circuit board.
Long story short - even it your phone began working correctly today, there is no guarantee it would continue to work the same tomorrow.
Bottom line: Go get a new phone. You'll be glad that you did in the long run.

SOURCE: how to disable spyware -
Spyware is incapable of infecting landlines. You can only have spyware infections on more computer and computer like devices.
PC's, Apple/MAC, some SmartPhones, some advanced video game consoles.
If the servers running the land lines are infected w/ spyware it is AT&T job to keep the servers fully functional but if that is not the case change providers. There is no way to work legal on AT&T's servers w/ out being a direct member of there support staff.
Thanks
Frank
