I want the cd;s to play in succession.

  • rstamper1 Mar 19, 2009

I don't understand the solution. Can you be more specific?

  • rstamper1 Mar 19, 2009

I don't see a "succession" option in my General Setup Menu

  • rstamper1 Mar 19, 2009

My menu doesn't show "continuous play"

  • rstamper1 Mar 19, 2009

I have a " repeat all", but this simply repeats the disc which was playing.

  • rstamper1 Mar 19, 2009

I can't find a "Repeat all discs" option.

Check the manual here, there is no option for such a settings, however if many disks are loaded inside, they should be played automatically in sequence.

Can you provide some more detail about what you're trying to do?

When you say "Automatically", what do you mean? In succession? Random shufffle?

  • Anonymous Mar 19, 2009

According to the manual, there's a "Repeat" button on the remote control. Press this three times to repeat all tracks from all discs.

You can also press the "Random" button on the remote three times to play a random track from any disc, and play continuously until every track from every disc has been played.

The manual is here, should you need it:http://www.voxxsupport.com/images/manual...

RCA DRC-285 DVD Player won't respond

hi, 2 things usually cause this kind of behaviour 1-the dvd+r have been burnt at a high speed 2-the dvd player itself is a bit old when you burn your dvd+R always burn them at a lower speed lowest if possible it'll take longer but it's well worth it and you wouldn't have a problem playing them back

Will my rca dvd player, DRC 290 play each of my five dvds in sequence without a prompt from me at the end of each dvd? If so, how do I set this up?

It will not do this during basic playback. You may be able to use the programmed Playback. Press Program when the unit is not playing back a DVD. Then use the numeric input buttons to choose the title or track. Then use the up/down and right left arrows to enter additional titles to playback.

You can find your manual here: http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/manual.aspx?product=125

I hope this helps.

I purchased a RCA DRC-8335 DVD/VCR RECORDER COMBO

For anyone who has an RCA DRC 8335 with dvd Recorder, here is a suggestion.
If your tapes have been recorded in SLP Mode, om another player, I can tell you they will NOT play on this thing!!
So, merely take another VCR, and a blank tape, Place the blank tape into the RCA DRC 8335 VCR side, and then, go to its Set-Up Menu, and go to OUTPUT. On the "ACTION BAR"Change the the RCA's output to "FRONT" and then, play the VCRr you stuck on top of the RCA!!
When the inage on the "Source tape is shown,
Record onto the RCA, in SLP Mode, Now, it will play, just fine.
Hope this helps. Jon (Found BY Accident!!)
