When I program the phones through the online NEC database to call forward one person's phone, it won't work. The individual person being forwarded can't recieve calls, it comes up as Person's phone not in service when calling their direct line at work. My boss wants to keep from using a tech because of how much money it costs to have one come to our individual office. The phone we have is DTU 32D. Help is needed.
