What is the correct angel to set my electric chain sharpener for an 18inch original poulan pro chain?

SOURCE: electric Poulan Pro 400E won't run

Loosen the chain as it could have run over something or tightened itself as the chain dried out. But if it won't turn and it just humms or does' nothing the motor may have overheated and locked up. The motor may smell burnt ( like a hot elecrric stove) and it may be melted together. If its halfway new and you have the reciept you can try to exchange it but certain kinds of failures may not let you get an exchange

What is sharpening angle for Poulan chain 952051209?
Unless it has been changed from the factory set up it is 3/8 Low Profile and takes a 5/32 file.
Remember you can go too small with the file and get away with it as long as you know what you are doing. Too big means you cannot achieve the correct profile.
You can always take your chain in to be sharpened. In my area, I have taken 2 chains to be sharpened recently and, it only cost be $10 bucks.
