I have found a PDF document that contains instructions for all ladies Armitron digital watches it can be found here. It dosnt however contain instuctions for your model, but most of the watches it covers have the three button setup and may fucntion the same way.
1. Press and hold the "SET/EL" button until the display changes to "LIGHT
OFF"
2. Press "MODE" until the date section of the display reads "HOUR". Use the "LAP/RESET" button to decrease the value and "ST/STR" to increment the value
3. Press "MODE" to adjust the minute value and then the second value
4. When finished, press "SET/EL" to return to the normal mode

To turn the alarm off press and hold st/stop and then press lap/reset. To set, press the lower left hand corner button, you will see the option to set the alarm first and then the option to set the actual watch time.
