1986 cutlass supreme brougham is not charging the bat, both bat and alt are new. Everything electric is very slow operating. blinkers blink slow, wipers wipe slow, windows work slow, ect.

On 1980 and later models, both the turn signal flasher and the hazard flasher are located at the lower left hand and the upper right hand corners of the fuse block respectively. Remove these by pulling them from their connectors.
The lower dash panel may have to be removed to gain access to the unit.
if its the 307 y then it should have a bolt on the bottm that when loosend should let u move the pupm or should i say let it slide...it would be alot easier if u took the alt off first
Probably the flasher, which is usually a small, round can-shaped device with two electrical prongs, usually located near your fuses underneath the dash. Can get these at an auto parts store for $5-10.

my signal lights (all 4) quit working, hazards still work, changed relay for hazards, didn't fix problem. checked bulbs, all good??? anyone have an idea
