You cannot use the iTunes service to add the songs directly, because iTunes will only accept brand name iPods within the software itself.
You will need to use Windows Media Player to transfer the songs to your iLo player. All of the info about transferring songs in Windows Media Player can be found in the help files for Windows Media Player, but if you insist I will cut/paste/summarize the directions here for your perusal.
Don't use iTunes, I suggest you use Frost wire, simply download the songs and when they reach 100%, plug in your ilo mp3 (I have one also) and double click ILO drive K on your "my computer" program, highlight the selected area of the songs you wish to download first, then carry them to an empty space in your ILO drive (plug into USB port) ::Do Not Place In Radio Station Folder Or Voice Recordings Folder, Just An Empty Space:: than exit out, when u have completed all songs ::it's free:: unplug your mp3, and enjoy your music =)

Well it all depends on what you want to do. Do you want to take the music from a cd and put it on your Mp3 player, or do want to directly download music tracks from the internet on to your mp3 player. If you want to get music from a cd onto your mp3 player, you will first need copy your cd with windows media player or another cd playing software. You will need to change the format into "Mp3" format by "ripping" it. "Ripping" a CD is basically copying music to your computer.
After you have the files properly formatted on your hard drive, you can remove the drive from your mp3 player and plug it into a "usb" port on your computer. You then go to your hard drive, find the files you copied, making sure they are in the proper format,and then move them to the drive of your Mp3 player.
OK lets say you want to download music directly from the internet. You need to see if any special software is required to assist in the downloading process. Normally you wont need any. You just hook up your device to a "usb" port, go to your settings and look for "usb mode" or connect. With some devices you wont need to do anything, because they will automatically be detected as a removable hard drive.
Next you will need to find out where the files will be stored. Depending on which music download vendor you choose, some will allow you to buy one track at a time, if this is the case you can download one track and see where on your device the file was stored, and then proceed to buy further tracks and choose the same location to store them. If not, the files can be stored in different locations and the device will find them once you disconnect from the port.

Depending upon the capacity of your Mp3 players hard drive or flash drive you can store hundreds of music tracks, giving you hours of listening pleasure. Once you download music for the first time you will find out how easy it is. You dont need itunes to put a song on a mp3 player all you need to do is download bearshare download the song you want after its downloaded, go to download icon click and drag it to your "my music" folder you should already have your mp3 connected to the cpu, if so that song that you downloaded should be on it and you just repeat the process for all the songs you want.

You simply move the files over using Explorer (aka your file browser). Very simple. Like eating soup or disarming a nuclear bomb. Just cut the red wire. Or would that be the green one? With all seriousness, you should just use it like a thumbdrive/flashdrive.

Plug up the chord to the cumputer and the other piece to the mp3 player duh
Go to creative media source. Insert a CD (and your mp3), and click RIP CD. After that is done the songs on your CD will be in your music library (you can also choose specific songs to rip to your music library). Then you will find a page that will have the name of your mp3 on it... click it. Then you will see a space that is shows the songs that are in your mp3. Next to it will be the songs in your library. There will be 2 arrows: one facing the box that contains the songs in your library, and the other facing the box that contains the songs that are on your mp3. Click on a song and then click the arrow that is facing the box that contains the songs that are on your mp3. Repeat this process until all of the songs that you want on there are on there. Remember just because it's in your library it doesn't mean it's in your mp3. Also... you can delete a song from your mp3 with out deleting it from your library

Go to VidToMP3.com
Copy the URL for the song's page on Youtube
Paste it in the box near the end of the page on VidToMP3
Click 'Download MP3'
Wait for it to download
Listen to the song on YouTube to pass the time
Go back to VidToMP3
If it's done downloading, click the 'Download MP3' link below the blue bars or whatever
When the new page loads, click the 'Download MP3' button
Wait for it to save to your computer
Go to the media player that your computer has (I have Windows Media Player)
If the song successfully downloaded, drag it to wherever the computer shows the MP3 player's file is and drop it in it
Then..............
TAADAA
It should be in your MP3.
If this doesn't work, keep in mind that I'm ten years old.

My daughter has an iLO. We also have Itunes. The only way we've been able to download songs is to use Windows Media Player. If you have the iTunes' songs burned to a disc, you just rip the CD to Windows Media Player, then sync. We haven't been able to figure out how to use the iLO with our Itunes. Hopefully this will help a little.

have you tried syncing your MP3 player through windows media player? plug in your mp3 player then open windows media player, on the top right there is tab says sync. click on refresh devices and your mp3 player should show up on the right window pane in windows media player. From there you can drag all your music onto it and press sync!
