LG Frontloader WM1832CW gets stuck on spin at 9 minutes... cleaned drain pump, replaced door lock, motor, hull sensor and bearings... reset a million times... anyone have any idea if it could be the final possibility that there is a magnet on the drum missing? Or possibly the timer or drain pump???

SOURCE: replace bearing

You can try a puller but typically it is recommended to replace the entire rear outer tub half (which comes with the bearings already pressed into it). You will also need the tub seal that goes between the front and rear tub halves. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: i have a problem with my LG Tromm front load

The LG error code OE simply means "the pump is blocked". Presumably the water isn't being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn't pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.

LG themselves have some information on this error code..

My LG WM1832CW has no error codes it will agitate but won't spin or pump water,so far I changed the sensor assembly and rotor assembly

Why did you change the sensor & rotor assembly? Did you test them first and found them to be faulty or are you just randomly guessing. If it doesn't pump the water out it will not spin. It has to be empty before spinning can start. So you probably have a drain pump fault. Start by checking if there is a blockage in the pump or hoses.

I think you have a coin or something stuck in the drain pump itself. I have had to remove the pump, and take out the coin, reinstall it and it works perfect.

My LG WM2101HW front loader will not spin. It drains OK, but won't spin.

I would be leaning more in the direction of the door lock mechanism rather than the hall sensor as someone else posted. The hall sensor gives a very specific error code when it goes bad. Put the unit into a spin only cycle and verify that the door is locking. To do this power up the machine and only press spin speed and the start. It is also possible that it is a problem with any one of the three control boards that are on the unit but again, these normally present with very specific error codes. If the door is not locking, or even if it is but the switch isn't sending the signal back to the main control saying that it is locked then all it would do is drain and then spin 1/3 turns either way inside the tub until time runs out.

I neet o replace drain pump on a LG wm1832cw model

its not easy, but you'll have to lay the washer on its back and take off the crate like bottom panel. Discontect all the hoses. Disconnect the electrical line going to the pump. If you can, try and seperate the pump motor from the housing by unscrewing two screws on the housing, which will seperate the motor from the housing, If you cant get to it, I actually broke the screws on the drain filter housing to get it loose. I secured it back with the other front loading screw and some gorilla glue, shouldnt be a problem. I should at least get another 6 years out of this pump. Good luck.

My LG washer is stuck and won't drain so I can't open the door to fix the problem which I suspect is it is overloaded. What do I do?

Hi
Turn OFF the main power supply to the machine .After 7 minutes the door will get unlocked irrespective of level of water in the tub. As long the power is going to the machine the lock will not open.

ELectrolux frontloader EWF1090 door wont open

Make sure you drain the machine first by setting a spin cycle manually and see if it releases the door after a few minutes. If that fails then switch off the machine and leave for 5 mins, door should release but you could end up with water on the floor. After this clean your filter and check you water pump, then try a short cycle without clothes.

Lg wm1832cw front load washer

One of 2 things may be causing the loud noise.  Either the rear bearing on the drum has failed and will need to be replaced (very expensive) or the drain pump has a bearing problem and is making a very loud noise when it is draining (not too expensive).  Either way, you will need a qualified LG technician to diagnose and repair the problem.
