try syncing player with windows media player. make sure video's are in mp4 Format if not there are free video converters on the net. that can be downloaded

IDK ABOUT YOU ALL BUT WHEN I PURCHASED MY POLAROID PMP283C-4 PORTABLE MULTIMEDIA PLAYER IT NEVER CAME WITH A "SET-UP CD", I WISH IT DID BECAUSE IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SET UP AND FIGURE EVERYTHING OUT!
