I have bought several screws and am unable to find the right size for the TV stand. Someone said they called SOYO customer Service and the send them screws for the TV stand. I cannot locate a Customer Service Number.

Take the tv off the stand and lean it against soemthing, take the stand to a hardware shop and find some bolts that match the threads inside the stand. I think that would be your best bet. Just dont lay the tv down, if you have ot put it in the box thats ok, I just dont want it to get broken while we hunt down some screws.

Most of these sets us either a M4 or M6, around 22mm. this is close to a 2" long 1/4-20 screw, but in metric.
Home depot or radio shack, or just about any place that sells TVs these days ought to have them.
At radio shack, a wall mount comes with the following screws to fit all TVs:
Only caveat is don't go with a screw substantially longer than what is needed.

I have the same tv and I had the problem. The 6 screws that you'll need are " m5 x 20 " yes they are metric with a Philips head and are about 1 inch long, good luck
