Setting margins on printer

check the tray amargin, or the paper sizeselected in your printer setting

More than likely, this is a software problem.

Have you gone through the page setup from inside the application?

If you would like to try it, create a Print File for me and send it to [email protected] and I can try to read and debug the print file for you.

from what i know you need to have the postscript driver to create custom size docs. When you printing open your printer driver and choose custom paper size:) try the hp website and download the latest driver from their website and tell those punks to give you admin rights:)

Replace the print driver on the computer. You can download the latest print driver from www.hp.com. Goto Software/Driver dwnld section.

In this printer you can "CLEAR" the memory and cancel all jobs, do this first and see if this resolves your problem.

Please print a configuration page and let me know if that prints 2 copies as well, If yes,
within the menu, go to configure device > printing > copies, change the copies to 1

I think its a virus infected....... run scanning software.. to detect virus... second you need to do is log in as a administrator then go to the printer property and delete pending print jobs...then restart your unit..

This will most likely be the in the menu on the printer. Refer to the users manual and how to access those setting.
