Wifi issue So wifi has always worked until this morning. Worked fine last night. Tablet sees wifi and says its connecting, getting ip adress etc. but then in a split second says disabled. I have turned on and off tablet a few times. Have set back to factory re-set and still wont work. Home wifi is not the issue because all other electronics connect fine.

do a hard reset and then make sure the software is up todate. 1. Power the Tablet off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button of the device, then press and hold the Power button.
3. Continue to hold both buttons until a bootloader screen appears.
4. Wait for the prompt that says to "Press <VOL_UP>" then press the Volume Up button to start the process.
5. Navigate to Erase content.

If you don't have HP Print Service Plugin and HP ePrint installed, make sure these two apps are installed. Go into ePrint and see if it 'sees' your network printer when you have WiFi on and you are logged on to the same network segment. If the apps cannot 'see' the printer in their selection menu, none of them will work until the connection issue is resolved. One other thing to try, download any app with network 'ping' function and try to ping your printer by its IP address from your tablet. If you cannot ping the printer from your tablet, you are either not on the same network segment, or there is some other connection issue.

Set up your wifi again but closer to the router.

You could try and set up the network manualy from your tablet that mean's putting in the IP Address and gateway of your router into the network settings on the tablet.I have also came accross the problem of where the tablet's WiFi was faulty and needed a new one.
Your router will have a firewall setting which you can change by logging into your router through your browser and put this IP Address in 192.168.0.1 then you will need the user name and password to make any change's you might have to look up the default name and pass you can Google them or go to your service provider site.
If all this fails another option would be to change firmware or update the one your using.

hold the power button down for 10-15 seconds to force a power off. When turning back on, hold the power button down until you either feel it vibrate or something comes up on the screen.

If you can click on your wifi and pick "forget" do that and then restart the tablet and try again. If that doesn't work try going to settings and resetting it to factory then it will be like a new one, if you can do it without wifi some tablets wont let you past the wifi screen until you sign on.

I would guess your wifi broke.. but you can always ... try wifi elsewhere to verify... if it works then you need to manually connect to your wifi... I would attempt to get your Ip off the working one and copy the same IP and DNS for your wifi... since it's a tablet I would just reset it to factory settings if it just is stuck... you can back up your files VIA google or BUMP app

You could try a hard reset.

Hold down the power button and the home button at the same time until the device completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.

You might have something going on in your settings. I remember the first time I tried to connect to a network. It was a nightmare. I was pulling my hair out! You only have one device to connect. I had three devices and none of them would connect until I went in and changed my settings. I hope this was helpful. Good luck.
