Hi.There are a set of instructions that we need to follow for the upgrade process.You can increase the amount of RAM (random access memory)

Since you didnt tell me which type of OS you had and Processor I just took a wild guess. But the little door should be on the bottom of the computer.
Although the memory can be installed one module at a time, the best performance comes from using matched pairs of modules.
