How do you get the back off of a Optical Wireless Mini Mouse 98763 I need to get the back of so I can replace the batteries

Hello,

The back probably slides off. There should be a marker somewhere showing the direction.

Try pushing gently and the back and sliding the back towards back of the mouse.

Optical wireless mini mouse 98763 feature #9 is

I had all the same problems listed in fixit and found that all it took was placing all NEW batteries in the mouse.
Press the blue light button on the USB and the little black reset button on the bottom of the mouse at the same time. Worked good from there on.

Wireless optical mouse 98763!!

Hi
there is a reconnect button on the receaver I beleave you need to press the reconnect button on the receaver first then the one on the mouse to reconnect. Also make sure you have charged and working battery in place.

This seems to be a old problem and if you don\t need assistance in solving it. It would be great if you would share to the world how you fixed your problem so other users can benefit from your experience.

Thank you,

98763 stop working

Did you try putting in new batteries.

Normal 0 If the mouse doesn't have a little door to open on the bottom, then try this.

Normal 0 If it’s a wireless GE mouse turn it on by pushing the button on the bottom and hold till the red light comes on. Assuming the computer is running, press the Blue light on the Receiver and press the button on the bottom of the mouse and it should start tracking on the monitor.
Hope this helps. Bud
