Try turning the phone off and remove the battery. Wait about 30 seconds or so and put the battery back in and turn it on. This is one way to reset phones or devices with removable batteries.
my vaio VGN-CS26G' touch sensor panel doesn't work after install Windows 7 please help the basic is Windows Vista after i change it in to Windows 7 touch sensor panel doesn't work
1. Take the batteries out of the toy and press and hold the power button for 1 minute. (Awkward silence on the phone for 1 minute.....). Then put batteries in and start it up again. Try the screen again. If that doesn't help: contact supplier.if my suggestion was helpful please rate it.
You can try re calibrating the screen if you can get the phone into settings. If your phone won't work at all you can send it into AT&T if you're still under warranty. I've had many phones replaced like that, as long as it doesn't have any water damage.
if your phone's touch screen has not developed any cracks, it could have damaged the touch interface internally, i would suggest getting your phone checked at nearest Samsung authorized service centre
.i had this problem on my phone..try to remove the battery from your phone at once and place it again..then open it..if it still doesn't work, touch screen must have been damage, i prefer seeking a technician..
If you have any functionality at all left to your touch screen, try to recalibrate it within the settings menu. Otherwise, remove the battery, wait about 15 seconds, then reinstall.
If that doesn't help, the touch-sensitive surface glass has gone out. Apparently, this component in the first-generation Eternity has chronic failures.
Replacing it is not too much trouble for an experienced cell phone technician. But, it's not for anyone who doesn't like to tinker with small things. Here's a video demonstrating the entire process: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QJpHHs9QM5U.
