First, make sure if this problem appear after you install any APP, if so you can try to brush system to fix it.
Else maybe the following cases:

1, mobile phone motherboard leakage lead the current too large.
2, The inside circuit protection of the lithium battery is too sensitive, so it power off when circuit is large.
3, the battery itself is aging.
4, Battery contacts are dirt-bit, causing bad power supply.
5, The engagement between the battery and the phone is easy to loose bits.
Of course, don't forget to see if the power button is back to its own place

SOURCE: virgin mobile venture won't start

Take the battery out. Then put it back in. I couldn't find anything that would work but doing a hard reset. Once I did that the phone worked again. I lost everything but my phone works again.

To hard reset the Virgin Venture please follow the instructions below:

Start with the phone turned off.

  1. Press power button until the phone turns on and vibrates.
  2. Press and hold the up volume button until you see the word hello.
  3. Release the up volume button.
    Note
: You will see the word hello on the screen for about 5-7 seconds.
  4. The screen will display the android guy next to an exclamation point inside a triangle.
  5. Press the home button to access Android system recovery screen.
  6. Scroll to and select wipe data/factory reset.
    Note
: The volume button scrolls and the enter/return key selects
  7. Scroll to and select Yes.
  8. The Venture will reset.
  9. Select reboot system now.
The Venture will reboot to the initial setup screen

So, you can't connect to your Wi-Fi network at home?

First, try turning the router and phone off, wait for a couple of minutes, then turn both back on again.

Oh, and, if the Wi-Fi network's saved in your phone, you might try deleting it first.

Hope this helps!

Virgin mobile optimus elite outgoing email

If its the email app that came preloaded on your phone, the best thing to do is go on the play store and download the app that's with your email. Like if you have yahoo go get the yahoo app. The one that comes on the phone sucks there something that's not compatible with the software. I had the same problem with my galaxy nexus.
