Unsupported video format

Several of my videos [which work no problem on my computer,wont play on my bluray,I get a message unsupported video,video format not supported.How can I fix this? Also I cant find a manual anywhere for the remote,

You would have to convert the files to a DVD / BR disc with converter and then burn as a DVD or BR.
Media files are managed by CODECS. Basically code / decode. This means your PC will manage more types of files than a player which will only do a few types if any at all. If fact the CODECS are constantly being updated. Players aren't. gl

Try PowerDVD. They support an incredible number of formats and there is a free trial. Also, DVDFAB has a free media player that also supports multiple formats and the download is free. dvdfab.cn- do not be afraid if your browser says there is no cerifificate. I am on that site almost every day.

According to the Xbox website, it means the format of the video is NOT supported. You will need to convert the video format into a type accepted by the Xbox.

This means that the file format you are trying to play is not supported or cannot be played by your console due to format restrictions. It means that the video has an invalid format not recognized by the console that is why it is not playing thus showing this error code.
