Question edited for clarity. We don't have a Kioti Category, or one for Tractors so left it in Cars and Trucks..
It sounds like you have a faulty ignition switch. Phone Tractor Joe and ask if he agrees. Sounds like you are missing the connection in the middle that supplies power to the ignition, but you have the connection on the next position of ignition power and the starter circuit. Check the connection block.
Sorry to say, but it is like mine , a piece of junk, mine has stalled while crossing the highway, nearly causing a crash, i keep changing the fuel filter as told by the dealership, makes no difference, CK 26 HP HST.. ask me if I would buy another one!!!!!
