Have replace lamp, dont know how to reset lamp timer

that means your lamp it is getting to the end of its life.
sometimes even if the lamp still good the TV will send you that message because that timer is closed to 5000 hours
What you can do is open the lamp door, closed again and the tv will ask you if you replaced it the lamp, and just say yes and that sign will go away
or just simple replace the lamp. 915P020010

I cant find the solution to reset my lamp hours, I replaced it, unplugged the tv like i was supposed to to. Its not reset. I have a 73" 1080p ...wd 73831 series

This would be the little sensor on the light wheel. Its cheap, you can get them online for around $2. You will need to take the light engine out and remove the color wheel cover and remove the color wheel and then remove the sensor. You will have to desolder the sensor and remove it to replace with the new one.
What is happening is the sensor is overheating and not tracking the color wheel properly there for the colors get messed up. Once you replace the sensor the tv should work like normal. The part is
(Sharp GP2S40 Photointerrupter). It is very difficult to find because they are not made anymore. Most major online part stores do not carry them but I found a lot of them at Wright Hobbies. Good luck.
