Blocked numbers My uncle lives in a nursing home and he can call everyone except his brother and he get the message the the number is blocked and he can not call it. His brother can call him. Is there a button that he has pushed some time or other when his brother called to block the call from being entered?

If you have a private number or unlisted number, you must dial *67 before dialing the number. This is only needed if the number you are calling rejects blocked/private numbers.

Hi if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times, you can't enter it anymore, time to call your service provider for instructions or possibly replacement sim card.

PUK code is called as PERSONNAL UNBLOCKING KEY.
Your phone will ask for PUK code when you entered the PIN code wrongly several times depending upon the mobile make. The mobile asks for PUK code so that unauthorized persons do not use your mobile for wrong cause.
To get PUK code please contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office. They will provide you the PUK code for your mobile.
