The Downloaded software may not have the Lexmark Imaging Studio on the downloaded drivers.... In this case u have to scna and Preview the scanned images using Windows Photo Gallery..... Click on File and Click on Import from scanner or Camera........... Then again click on Import...........It will scan and preview the Applications to u.... Thanku.......

    Scanner wont scan
    Try using the Lexmark Productivity Studio. To access that, on your computer, click on Start > All Programs > Lexmark 2600 Series > Lexmark Productivity Studio.

    If that doesn't show up as an option, install the Lexmark Productivity Studio using the installation CD of your printer.

    My problem is that I can't get my X5650 Lexmark all into one printer to scan.
    Try using the Lexmark Productivity Studio to scan. To access that, on your computer, click on Start > All Programs > Lexmark 5600-6600 Series > Lexmark Productivity Studio.

    If it doesn't work, try to uninstall the Lexmark driver and download an updated driver online at support.lexmark.com.

    There no lexmark productivity studio icon to open all i get when i open is customer experience,maintance,tools release notes what do i do to get the icon back
    Download and install the Lexmark X2600 software from the Lexmark website. The driver includes the Lexmark Productivity Studio software. Click on this link Lexmark X2600 Drivers. Select your operating system by clicking on change OS. Then click on FILTER. Click on the Complete Driver under Recommended Downloads. Download and install the software. Hope this helps. Thanks.

    I switched from Windows XP to Windows 7 & then the Lexmark Productivity Studio wouldn't work - create pdf wanted OCR sofware. I reinstalled the driver from the disk & now the Studio won't even...
    all lexmark all in one printers are not yet compatible with windows seven i also had problems but with the lexmark 6250 series however i use the windows fax and scan option thats all that can be done at the moment. let me know if these drivers work for u

    I cannot launch lexmark productivity studio nor can I get my X2650 to scan. It will print and copy
    Hi.

    If you cannot start the Lexmark productivity studio, then the software may need reinstalling.

    Reinstall the software using printer disk, or download from Lexmark website.

    Also test using a replacement USB cable. A too long or defective USB data cable may cause the AIO not scanning.

    Lexmark productivity studio wont launch
    lexmark manual says to launch the productivity studio by clicking start, then click programs, then click Lexmark , then click productivity studio , HOWEVER there is no producivity studio in this location.

    INSTAED I found it on the toolbar on the bottom right , it is a picture of a flower-like rainbow, looks like the ABC peacock logo.
