I tried 2 put flash program in my lg ku990 now it wont work and has yellow screen

maybe this will work.
conect your phone with the usb port.
start in windows the program EFS MEDIA BUILDER by AKOM1976.
select connecton and after that you choose efs explorer select connection.
Now you see the files on your phone
maye there is a folder named as TOTO
be sure that this folder is on your phone!!!
If it does delete the folder named as LGAPP
after that rename the folder named TOTO to LGAPP
richt click and choose refresh.
now exit the efs program.
Turn your phone off and then after a few seconds on
the phone will startup normaly as always and its normal asual.
I hope this will work or you have to back up with the LGMDP euro
an after that choose restore and choose the image file *.nv2
This will work!

i have a question i not sure if yuh can tell me how to correct it ....i follow the steps perfectly on backing up the firmware ..how ever when i disconnected the hit yes ..my phone will not move from the yellow refreshing screen.. plz help...

You have to be patience cause you have to let the EFS doing his job.
When the first job is done the phone restart with a yellow screen...
Don't do anything and leave it alone cause the EFS program restart your phone after a few min. and try to reconnect the phone.
The phone restart again and now you will see the EFS program
is buzy to unpack the files on your phone, wait until the proscess
is finished.
When the job is done the phone will noticed you that he is ready to use and ask you to calibrate the screen, correct time input and date.
So be patience cause this process takes a +- 25 min. to unpack and install the applications like drivers to run the hardware and serveral programs.
Fallow the steps but leave it alone untill the phone noticed he is
ready to use.
Its normal that you see the yellow screen cause the files isn't
unpackt wait and see the results in the EFS program.
This takes +- 25 min. or on hour. Be patience and wait for it.
You will see that everyhing will be alright.
Any questions? Ask for it.
I hope you have some patience with the process and that this will
fix the flash or reflash issue.

well google fot the best software that fits for the LG KU990.
With the extencion .nv2
Or a backup map with all the files in it. downloaded and use
the EFS explorer as a admin.

Find via google TOTO for LGKU990 or LG KU990 TOTO
download the file TOTO unpack it on a folder of your pc.
Locate the folder with the Efs explorer check all in the 2nd window
and copy it to the root of your LG KU990. in the first winow of the
Efs explorer. When you got a message are you sure to override it
choose yes and wait until the Efs explorer turn of and on your LG KU990.
You will see the yellow screen but don't do anything just wait cause in the first way the Efs explorer copy de files to you phone.
Then the files would be unpackit by the Efs explorer. this can take up to 25min. or 1 one hour so be patience you will see the results
in the Efs explorer and when the job is done the phone will restart again but now with the calibration setup of your screen like the first time you put the phone on.
I hope this will helps you out!

I have the same problem as urs...i was backing up then, and suddenly the yellow screen was there and it never returned to its normal...i used to do all of the techniques uve shown here..nut sadly, it didnt work at all..how am i supposed to do...i rename TOTO into LGAPP then refreshed it,then disconnected it..then restarted it..and same as before...its yellow refreshing mode again...pls help!
