I have a Sharpe LC-60LE600U. The power went out on it. What power board works on that TV. The lower left hand corner has a black spot, too. Will the power board fix the black spot as well?

Power Board wil not fix black spot. the spot is caused from lamp failure. Led strip has at least one LED out, takes out the whole section. Go into trouble shooting to verify. After so many start ups with the black spot, the TV will not turn on in TV mode.

I have several large water spots on the lower right corner of the tv from overspray with windex. Can this be fixed?

Not a good idea to clean tv with windex. Try wet towel dipped in mild soap solution. Make sure all water has been removed and towel is only wet. When tv off, try removing the spots. Turn tv on only after tv dry.

I have a green spot in the upper left corner when watching tv . Is there a repair for this problem?

The spots are caused by errors in the eeprom affecting the optical engine data. The fix is easy but it will have to be done by an authorized Panasonic shop. Call your toll free customer line at panasonic to find out, but I'm sure the repair should be covered under warranty regardless of the age of the unit. Thx

My SAMSUNG DLP HLT5675SX TV seems to develop little black spots all over the screen and after a while these black spots become bright white spots. In fact if a non-used Input is selected and the screen is...

It is the chip that controls the millions of mirrors inside the tv. If they are black, they are stuck closed. If they are white, they are stuck open. I JUST had the same the same thing happen with mine. I bought it 3yr and 2 months ago and I had an extended warranty on it for 3 years. Well, needless to say, it was out of warranty and I was pissed. The store I bought it from suggested I call Samsung. Which, I did. They asked for the model number and told me that my model (hlt5675sx) was one of the ones that is covered becasue they had a problem with the chip. Within 2 weeks, my tv was fixed by a repairman who came to my house. It works perfectly, now and it didn't cost me a penny. Good luck.

Samsung DLP white spots

Are the spots fixed or do they move with the image? Verify that all venting is clean of dust. If the spots are fixed and upon close examination are a square shape, The device is overheating of failing. If the spots are moving with image it's a front end problem, and can be overheating as well.

Light green and pink spots on my hd tv!!!

For the spots....

I had the same problem, first a blue spot then a green spot showed up. I contacted Panasonic Customer Support. They sent someone out and they fixed the TV for free. They reprogrammed the EEPROM chip in the TV. It is a defect. My TV was 4 years old and out of warranty. They came out last week.

So long as it is not happening by something you have done. It will be fixed free of charge. Call them, it solves the problem.

Yellowing spots on 52 inch LCD Mitsubishi display

have the store fix it you need a tech that has the right equipment to fix that. Since you say you replaced the lamp I assume you mean a LCD micro projector not an LCD Flat panel. There is a piece of equipment that a tech should have that can be plugged into the TVs circuit board and it can fix the spots with an electric pulse. I have seen in done on micro projectors in the store that i work by our techs. So my advise is have the store fix it before your warranty runs out.

Green Spot On Screen

IN your statement says tv is second hand and also you tried degausser method also. The problem is permanent magnetic field affected your tv set. So the best recovery is fix one button magnet in the affected area.
