My hamilton beach brewstation is leaking.

I disassembled my hamilton beach brewstation deluxe 47334 for cleaning. When I put it back together, it started leaking. I think that I may have put the rubber stopper in the wrong place, but the top of the drip lever seems like the only place it should go. Please help!

I love my Brew station, however, water builds up below the coffee reservoir and if I forget to check it, it leaks all over the counter ! What can I do to stop this ??

There is a spring between the lever and the o-ring. It may have popped out when you cleaned the pot. That has happened to me before. The spring is necessary to hold the seal down until the lever is pushed.

How did you put it back together? The lever keeps hanging so it isn’t able to keep the spring in it’s place. The o-ring is the rubber piece in the filter, right?

Not an easy task. Need tiny fingers. Robotic surgery is easier. I took apart. I cleaned gasket. My engineer son had to save my sanity and get it back together correctly. And...it leaks. Hate to trash the whole thing for this tiny faulty part.

I have the same problem. I just called Hamilton Beach and gave them the model and serial numbers. They are sending me a new "gasket" complimentary but she said if that doesn't work, I'll have to order a whole new coffee tank.

How do I get a copy of a manual for a Hamilton Beach Brew Station Deluxe Model #47454 ?

The manual is available on the Hamilton Beach product page: http://www.hamiltonbeach.com/coffee-makers-legacy-products-brewstation-deluxe-12-cup-coffee-maker-47454.html#careguides . (If needed, click on the Use and Care Guides tab.)

The direct link to the Use and Care Manual is http://useandcares.hamiltonbeach.com/files/840160504.pdf . (Note: Adobe Reader or a similar program is needed to read or print the manual.)

I hope this helps.

Hamilton Beach BrewStation 12 cup Coffee Maker, coffee leaks into the bottom water reservoir after brewing.

there is a small rubber flap valve in the tank. if you carefully clean that on a regular basis your problem should end.

Brew station is extremely slow, suspect it needs cleaning.

You can run a cup of vinegar through the machine. Run it just as you would making coffee, except without the coffee. Run water through the cycle at least twice to remove sediment and the vinegar. Works like a charm.

Tank leaks

Call Hamilton Beach customer support at 1-800-851-8900. You need a whole new tank. For $5.00 shipping, they will send you a new one. They did me. The gasket that prevents this fell out of my model 47665 brew station. The tiny part that held it in broke and I called them to ask how to fix it. It can't be fixed but for five bucks, they sent me a whole new tank PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! I love hamilton beach. 1-800-851-8900 customer service. Good Luck to ya Katherine

Hamilton Beach BrewStation 47224 Coffee maker

My coffeemaker makes the coffee just fine every morning, and we leave it on for 2-3 hours and then it turns off automatically , but later it leaks back to the water reservoir and then out the bottom all over my cabinet. What is wrong?

I have a Hamilton Beach Brew Station Deluxe coffee maker that has been leaking from the bottom of the unit with almost every pot that is made.

http://forumappliances.com/images/Hamilton%20Beach/Hamilton%20Beach%20Parts/Hamilton%20Beach%20P-990021600.jpg

IF BY BOTTOM YOU MEAN BOTTOM OF THE POT, YOU'LL LIKELY NEED A REPLACEMENT POT (CALLED A TANK). REPLACEMNT PARTS YOU NEED ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND BY ME AND I HAVE LOOKED FOR HOURS.

Might want to call to assure this will work in your model Brewstation.
This vendor is in canada. $9 CDN is cheap enough.
