Hi Shanavas, it sounds like your phone literally hung up/crashed. Here are some steps to insure it isn't anything more serious. For one let it vibrate until the battery is completely depleted.
Once this has been done you need to plug the phone into a power outlet or best a computer. Then turn the phone on, you should now see the empty battery symbol on your iphone screen.
Let the phone charge up and see if the phone returns to the normal screen. If it hasn't done this and still no screen is visible throughout this whole process then you will need to force the phone into a "restore mode" and will need a computer to restore the phone to manufacturer's settings.
For this to work you need to have the latest itunes installed (www.itunes.com) as well as an internet connection. Then;
- Connect your Phone to your computer via the usb cable
- Turn your iPhone off by pressing the power button down until you see "slide to power off".
- Now you press and hold the Home button (button at the bottom of the screen) while reconnecting the USB cable to your iPhone. After the iPhone is connected it should turn the phone on.
- Continue holding the Home button, you will see the Apple logo appear and then finally a "Connect to iTunes" will be displayed, now is the time to let go of the Home button. iTunes then will say that it has discovered the phone to be in recovery mode and you can restore/recover the phone through itunes. (for this you need to click on the iPhone button in the top right of the windows window and click on the restore button to continue this.)
I hope this helps you. Good luck
