Can't reset voicemail on line extension 139

We have the KX-T7433 Panasonic. I have tried to reset the voicemail for a new hire that we have at the company. I have looked through the manual and online and can't seem to find the answer to setting her voicemail up for her. I myself am not familiar with this version of switchboard and need a talk through on setting up a new voicemail in her extension for her.

If the voicemail already has a mailbox for 139 you just might have to change the greeting. If it has to be set up or if there is a password, you have to go into admin mailbox 999 (which might have a password) to delete password first, then go into mb139 and set up a greeting. Would need to know the model # of vm

The KX-T7433 isn't an answering machine. If the voicemails are going to an answering machine you have on the phone line, consult its manual. If the voicemails are going on to your telephone service provider's system, look for instructions in the phonebook, or contact the provider.

In most TD systems, the voice mail has an access code of 165. The owner of the system (mailbox 999) can reset any password by following the prompts.

If nothing answers extension 165 then you probaby don't have voice mail. You can look for something as simple as a TVS-50 or a TVA anything sytsem (US part numbers). Ebay has deals, but check back here before you dive in. You can probably pick up a system for less than $300.

Need to change password on voicemail extension on
If it's a Panasonic brand voice mail, you administer the system from the System Owner's mailbox (999). With that, you can use option 4 or 5 and reset the mailbox password to any and all mailboxes (except 999 :-)
