it sounds like the battery/cell is faulty.

If a reset does not work using the reset hole, then try this: First, back up all of your music and do this: Turn off the player and disconnect it from the computer. Then press and hold the play/puse button and turn it on simultaneously. The player should be in recovery mode. Scroll down and select format (all) and let it format. Then reload all of music back onto your player and it should work like new. Hope this helps!

have you tryed rebooting at bottom lefthand corner with pin.

this is normal for this player - it goes to sleep fairly quickly - se p.35 of manual to see how to change frequency of shut off

How did you format the device? try to get the latest firmware for it...that should work....

ow!!! you got a virus! a doomboot virus and or flakes virus! do not open again your mp3! you have to remove your virus with twister series!

I would reboot it. it could be your motherboard.

try taking off the back plate and take out the battery then put it back in and turn it on
