My laptop shut down when using webcamera

When i using camera my laptop going to shut down after 3minuts and allso i try with a external usb camera the problem still remain pls help me

Try reinstall the camera driver from support site. If not solved update your BIOS. Remove all externally connected device and CDs, DVDs before updating BIOS. Remember to plug in AC adapter also. IMPORTANT: Do not interrupt the BIOS updating process. Read the instructions in the support site before doing any driver install or update.
If the above didn't solve the problem then you need to consult a good LAPTOP Chiplevel technician to get that solved.

Cannot find webcamera

Is this a external webcam? If not then First click start then control panel and click device manager and look for imaging devices or web camera and right click it then click uninstall. After uninstalling this device restart your computer and try to use your webcam again.

In which case the webcam is faulty or your USB controller has failed. You could try and re-install the webcam drivers.

When i boot the laptop it freeze at the windows logo, i can't restore to, when i do that it will freese allso and when i boot from usb it will allso freese. Please help

Which operating you are using??

Try to restart your laptop in safe mode.(press F8 key repeatedly when you start your laptop ->select safe mode option)

Or You can try this steps also::: press shift key until the windows logo appear on the screen.

yes.its the built in device.id recommend go to the toshiba site and in support search your model number and get the offically supported driver

Normal 0 Try disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the software program. When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
