Right click the printer Icon, select "properties", Select "printing preferences", and depending on the driver (there are several), select "add/change custom settings", or maybe "layout". anyway, it is a "watermark" you need to set. You will see the option, to "edit" and you can select the placement and size.

If you're being prompted for a login username and password on your Ricoh Aficio MP 2000 printer and you haven't set any login details before, there are a few things you can try:

Default Login Credentials: The default username and password for Ricoh printers are often set to "admin" for both the username and password. Try using "admin" as both the username and password to see if it works.

Factory Reset: If the default login credentials don't work, you can try performing a factory reset on your printer. This will reset all settings, including any login information that might have been set. However, keep in mind that a factory reset will also erase any other custom settings you have configured on the printer. To perform a factory reset, you can refer to the printer's user manual or contact Ricoh support for specific instructions.

When printing, instead of a picture, 70 or so pages of numbers and letters come out

Hello probsy,
I know what your problem is. But it's a matter of me properly conveying the information. Bottom line is that you you either have a corrupt print driver or the wrong print driver. A print driver is the program that is loaded on your computer (or your server if you have one) that enables your computer to communicate with/and submit data TO the printer. If the "driver" is corrupt or wrong, then the printer "MAY" still understand that it needs to print something.......but then you get the **** you are talking about. I have seen printers absolutley run the paper out of every tray printing squiggles and numbers and then ask for more paper !! So for example you have a Ricoh printer but you are using the print driver for a Xerox printer. The printer MAY recognize the command to "PRINT", but what it prints will be.....who knows? At this point I have answered your question. I would go further but you will need to remove the printer from your pc and reload and install the CORRECT/CLEAN driver. I am sorry I can't be your IT person. If I gave you further instructions I may do more harm than good. Show this post to anyone you trust with your computer and they will get it, and can be there "near you and live" and you will be fine. Take care. :-) SPINAL

Hello we have one printer Ricoh 2015 we want to connect to network printing . It is possible

In order to connect it to a network, you need to have the print/scan option installed. If your copier has the print/scan option, you can hook it up with an Ethernet cable and download the print driver from the Ricoh website:

Portrait v. landscape

Check the paper size dial on the paper drawer. Most likely it is incorrectly set - either size, and/or orientation.

Richo Aficio 2015 I have a richo 2015 machine which has a reading of 1,08,700(number of print out taken)but lately the paper gets folded inside just above the drum. The matter does get printed on the paper...

The pressure roller is inside the fuser section of the copier. If there is a flat spot on the roller, you will get those results. It's better to rebuild the whole fuser unit including the bearings and heat roller. That will stop that jamming from happening.

Paper coming out from the tray is folded for richo 2015

You do have a fuser problem. There are a set of stripper fingers that are supposed to keep the paper from wrapping around the heat roller. One of them may be damaged and is catching the paper. The Pressure roller can also cause problems if it is torn. You need to have the fuser looked at by a tecnician to determine the problem. Hope this helps.

Problem with printing document footer text on RICOH SP C811DN

Check the paper size settings and orientation of the driver from the Control Panel, and that match to the paper size in the printer's trays.

Good luck and please rate me, thanks.
